板式換熱器基本分類

  板式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)適用(yong)條件式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器是由(you)一(yi)系(xi)列(lie)具有一(yi)定波(bo)紋形狀(zhuang)的(de)金屬片(pian)疊裝(zhuang)而(er)成的(de)一(yi)種新(xin)型高(gao)效換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器。各種板片(pian)之(zhi)間形成薄矩形通(tong)道,通(tong)過板片(pian)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)量交換(huan)(huan)。板式(shi)雙管(guan)(guan)板換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器是液(ye)-液(ye)、液(ye)-汽(qi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan)(huan)的(de)理(li)想設備。它具有換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)效率高(gao)、熱(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失小、結構緊湊輕巧、占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)小、安裝(zhuang)清洗方便、應用(yong)廣泛、使(shi)用(yong)壽命長(chang)等特點(dian)。在相同壓力損(sun)失情(qing)況(kuang)下,其傳熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)數比列(lie)管(guan)(guan)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器高(gao)3-5倍,占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)為管(guan)(guan)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)三分之(zhi)一(yi),熱(re)(re)(re)回(hui)收率可高(gao)達90%以上(shang)。

  基本分(fen)類一般(ban)情況(kuang)下,我們主要根據結構來區(qu)分(fen)板(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi),也就是(shi)根據外形來區(qu)分(fen),可分(fen)為四大類:①可拆(chai)卸板(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)(又叫(jiao)帶密(mi)封墊片的板(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi))、②焊接板(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、③螺旋板(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、④板(ban)卷式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)(又叫(jiao)蜂(feng)窩式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi))。

  其中,焊接(jie)板(ban)(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)又分為:半焊接(jie)板(ban)(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)、全焊接(jie)板(ban)(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)、板(ban)(ban)殼式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)、釬焊板(ban)(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)。經常用到的分類(lei)還有以下:

  1>根據單位空(kong)間內(nei)的換(huan)熱(re)面積的多少,板式換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)屬(shu)于緊湊式換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi),主要是與(yu)管殼(ke)式換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)進行比較,傳(chuan)統的管殼(ke)式換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)占地較大(da)。

  板(ban)(ban)式換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(Plate Type Heat Exchanger),本成套設備由板(ban)(ban)式換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、平(ping)衡槽、離(li)心(xin)式衛生泵(beng)、熱(re)(re)水裝置(包括蒸(zheng)汽管(guan)路、熱(re)(re)水噴入(ru)器(qi)(qi))、支架(jia)以及(ji)儀表(biao)箱(xiang)等組成。用(yong)于牛(niu)奶(nai)或其(qi)它熱(re)(re)敏感性液體之(zhi)殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)冷(leng)卻(que)。欲處(chu)理的物料(liao)先進(jin)入(ru)平(ping)衡槽,經離(li)心(xin)式衛生泵(beng)送入(ru)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、經過(guo)預熱(re)(re)、殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)、保(bao)溫(wen)、冷(leng)卻(que)各段,凡未(wei)達到殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)溫(wen)度的物料(liao),由儀表(biao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)氣動(dong)回流閥換(huan)(huan)向、再回到平(ping)衡槽重新處(chu)理。物料(liao)殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)溫(wen)度由儀表(biao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)箱(xiang)進(jin)行自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)連續記(ji)錄,以便對殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)過(guo)程進(jin)行監(jian)視和(he)(he)檢(jian)查。此設備適用(yong)于對牛(niu)奶(nai)預殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)、巴(ba)式殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)。板(ban)(ban)式換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的型(xing)式主(zhu)要有(you)框架(jia)式(可拆(chai)卸式)和(he)(he)釬焊式兩大類,板(ban)(ban)片形式主(zhu)要有(you)人字形波紋板(ban)(ban)、水平(ping)平(ping)直波紋板(ban)(ban)和(he)(he)瘤形板(ban)(ban)片三種(zhong)。

  板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)雙(shuang)管板(ban)(ban)(ban)換(huan)熱器固(gu)然(ran)具(ju)有以(yi)上優點,但它并不能完全(quan)取代管殼式(shi)換(huan)熱器。一(yi)方面是由(you)于(yu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)換(huan)熱器對(dui)介(jie)質的(de)(de)潔凈程度要求(qiu)較高,它要求(qiu)介(jie)質中雜質顆粒直(zhi)徑小于(yu) 1.5~2mm;另一(yi)方面是由(you)于(yu)早期的(de)(de)板(ban)(ban)(ban)框式(shi)換(huan)熱器 (俗稱可(ke)拆式(shi)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)換(huan)熱器 )只能適(shi)用于(yu)工作壓力小于(yu) 1.6MPa、工作溫度介(jie)于(yu) 120~165℃之間的(de)(de)工況。

  因換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)站熱(re)(re)源(yuan)采用(yong)的(de)是(shi) 1.1MPa;230℃的(de)過熱(re)(re)蒸汽,受(shou)密(mi)封墊(dian)(dian)片的(de)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)溫(wen)(wen)限制 (普通 EPDM墊(dian)(dian)片耐(nai)(nai)(nai)溫(wen)(wen) 150℃,耐(nai)(nai)(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)的(de) EPDM墊(dian)(dian)片耐(nai)(nai)(nai)溫(wen)(wen)為 180℃,耐(nai)(nai)(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen) PTFE墊(dian)(dian)片耐(nai)(nai)(nai)溫(wen)(wen)也(ye)僅(jin)為 220℃,且價(jia)格昂貴,為耐(nai)(nai)(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen) EPDM墊(dian)(dian)片的(de) 8倍左(zuo)右(you) ),故傳統(tong)可拆式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)板式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)不(bu)適用(yong)于該(gai)工況要求。 如采用(yong)釬焊式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)板式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)或(huo)激光全焊接式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)板式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi),設備購置(zhi)本錢大 (約是(shi)可拆式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)板式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)價(jia)格的(de) 3~5倍 ),且不(bu)可拆卸,不(bu)便于維修(xiu)。

  所以,終極(ji)采用在傳統可拆式(shi)板(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)前(qian)加減(jian)溫裝置的方案,在此方案中,采用傳熱(re)(re)(re)效率較低,但耐溫等級較高的管(guan)殼式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)作為蒸(zheng)汽(qi)減(jian)溫器(qi)(qi),利(li)用一部(bu)分供熱(re)(re)(re)回水(shui) (約占(zhan)總回水(shui)流量的 10%左右 )將(jiang)過(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)降到 150~180℃,之后,進(jin)進(jin)板(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)將(jiang)剩余部(bu)分的供熱(re)(re)(re)回水(shui)進(jin)行加熱(re)(re)(re),此方案充(chong)份(fen)利(li)用了(le)兩種熱(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)(qi)的上風,同時(shi)采熱(re)(re)(re)水(shui)側(ce)采用并聯的運行方式(shi),較串聯方式(shi)更有效地(di)減(jian)小(xiao)了(le)壓力降,更加節能(neng)。
